We spend a lot of time with our students and every class is different. One thing that remains the same no matter what age, subject or location you teach is that kids LOVE a treat.
Easy April Fool’s Prank for Kids
This April Fool’s Day you can play an easy, free prank for your kids that will have them laughing.
Offer them Brown Es! 😂
It couldn’t be easier to get these ready.
Brown E’s Free Printable
I know you are so busy, so this is prank is e-a-s-y.
Simply print them in color (or onto brown paper to save ink), cut them out, and you are ready to prank your students!
Tell them you have a special surprise for them: Brown Es! They will hear “brownies” and get so excited.
Let me know they cannot have them until the very end of the day. And use this to your advantage all day long. You know what I mean. 😉 #motivatethem
At the end of the day on April Fool’s Day, bring out a baking pan covered with a cloth.
You can even bring out a spatula and napkins! #ido
Give a theatrical sniff and say “I can’t wait for you to see these Brown E’s!”
Dramatically whip off the covering and say “Here they are!”
You kind of have to tilt the pan forward so they can see.
Amidst their laughing (and groaning), you’ll hear a few I knew it! Brown E’s!
That’s when you get to say April Fool’s!
Pass the pan around so each student can get their very own Brown E.
Then talk about who THEY can prank with this fabulous joke.
They get such a kick out thinking about pulling this prank on their parents and siblings. They can’t wait to be on the other side of this one!
