Teachers all work differently so there are lots of options out there for teacher planners. I personally can’t function in my classroom without the titles of my lessons and important dates written down for me to see.
I’m pretty picky about office supplies, especially a planner I will be using for a whole school year! See all the special little details and design that make this one a clear winner! Read on to see why I say that this is, unequivocally, the best teacher planner!

The Best Teacher Planner
You don’t even know how giddy this makes me!! Since I was about 5, my favorite store has been Staples. My mom and husband always joke that my heart skips a beat when I walk in there…but it’s true!
Office supplies, and organization, and planners…oh my! So you can imagine my excitement when I saw this…

You see…I’ve been wanting an Erin Condren planner foreverrrrr….but not being able to actually see it in person was holding me back. BUT, once I saw it, I knew I had to have one. (Thank you Staples.)
I posted it on IG, only to hear that many of you do not have Erin Condren in your Staples! Now that I have the Life Planner and the Teacher’s Lesson Planner, I want to walk through it, page by page!
I know it’s not the same as seeing something it in person, but hopefully it seems *almost* the same.
First of all, let me just say the EC packaging team is top notch!
I LOVE the cover! There were SO MANY too choose from. Like too many. My life planner has a picture of my husband and me. Did I mention you can personalize the cover? You can even purchase different covers and switch them out in case you’re like me and like changing your mind one million times.
The Inside of the Planner
So I have this problem…it’s called “I don’t like chicken scratch writing in my planner.” But when you’re in a hurry, and you have to jot something down or you’ll forget…chicken scratch happens.
Luckily, the back of the cover is plastic so that you can write and wipe! I can write down my daily to do list or a quick reminder and then erase it later so my planner doesn’t look messy! #awesome
Those apples though…😍
And we just take a minute and admire all those pretty tabs? (Yes, the highlighters are from Erin Condren, too!)
…and there are inspirational quotes throughout the whole thing! 👏
There are so many pages specifically for things teachers need. (It seriously makes my heart go pitter-patter. 🥰)
I LOVE this long range planner. Last year my regular plans and long range plans were in two separate notebooks. And it was a pain. What was I thinking? This is SO convenient.
Keep all your kiddos’ (and staff members’) birthdays all in one place! Remembering birthdays might be one of my weak points…
Just more inspiration…
Now we get into monthly calendars… These sticker dots come with the planner. I’m not going to lie, putting all these stickers in was therapeutic (especially when you have a Hulu marathon going on in the background).
After all the monthly tabs, it’s time for the weekly lesson plans! I love how the days are laid out horizontally and they are color coded.
In the back are student checklists. Cheers to having everything in one place.
Stickers you don’t have to share with your students?! Yes, please! There are THREE pages of stickers in the back. They are color coded and there’s a even a full page of blank stickers so that you can customize them to your needs. #lesschickenscratch
Everything is better with pockets…
I keep a parent communication log sheet in this pocket, just in case I need to jot a conversation down!
Oh look, more stickers!
In case you added accessories (like the extra stickers, pencils, cutest erasers ever…), here’s a place to keep them all!
This pouch fits perfectly in the pocket.
Thoughtful Add-Ons
Need more pockets? No worries, you can order them and stick them wherever you need them!
And the last page is write and wipe…again!
Are you drooling yet? Because I still haven’t mentioned the ADORABLE lunch tote!
